1 cup Thick Poha, washed
2 Tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
A pinch of hing
4 Curry patta leaves lightly chopped or ripped are soft
1 cup white onion, chopped
2 Tbsp green chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 boiled potatoes, chopped
1/2 cup of peas
1/2 cup of peanuts, chopped
2 Tbsp cilantro
4 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash poha under cold water, 3 times
Heat pan and add ghee
Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hing and curry patta. Cook for a minute and take pan off stove
Add onions and chilies and saute until onions lightly chopped or ripped are soft, return pan to stove
Take pan off stove and add turmeric, potatoes, peas and peanuts
Return to stove, turn heat to medium
To poha: add cilantro, lime juice, sugar and salt
Once peas are cooked fully, add poha mixture to pan and mix to combine
Serve poha with red onion, lime juice, cilantro and bhujia
